Met up with Jasenko, the new owner and skipper of Aquarius, my ship for several years in Helius Hafen, the big marina.
Quick spot of boat maintenance. I had noticed engine not responding correctly and saw the slipping linkage, suspected it anyway and a quick lash up by Jasenko solved that sufficiently to put out. Battery one does not show voltage at switch board gauge and no start energy from it. It looks like a failed relay, to be investigated.
Anyway a brief (thunderstorms about) sail on the Haringvliet and a beer. Jasenko explained some of the mountains he had climbed to get here, I alike, a bit of a yarn. I think the family, with 2 children, will enjoy many happy times with her.
