Well, usual run around town, fish shop, Turbot 16.50 a Kg, second hand English book shop, bite for lunch, Albert Heijn. 2 small Turbot pan fried, pots carrots broccoli. A good Kip last night and a three hour zzzz this afternoon after beeriod at lunch. Aris seems to be holding up, walking distance a bit if an issue for him. More later.
Fending off. Lost one of my dirty old fenders in, I think Rye, the first loss in possibly seven years. Aris was dead set on cleaning the existing ones and we discussed it last night with me talking him out of it after my failed efforts. Lo and behold I go to dump the garbage this morning and wow, four lovely plump good as new ones in the skip. It must be a Dutch thing, having to have everything perfect. My gain!
