It’s a huge site, 5km from Italian border. Quite mixed with it seems a lot of permanent sites that seem to be used a bit like a beach hut; I could see some of them “winterising” the accommodations, wrapping up BBQ’s, tarping up caravans etc. Quite expensive at €92 for three nights but that includes tourist tax, electricity and the use of the showers. Difficult call now, do I stay or do I go? I figure the odds be 50/50 so I need to do some reconnaissance with visits to both Italy and Croatia in mind, together with Koper, the local city and a really significant port; see below for an idea of the place.
