Rough all the way, close hauled, painfully progressing.
I was in a foul mood, made a couple of mistakes with the rig, left main halyard and pole uphaul in “quite the halyards” to stop them banging positions. As I came out the ship was standing on her nose, hobby horse like. Did not want to go forward and hoist main as rough so sailed and motored on focke. Problems as the wind did not come as southerly as forecast and I ended up shaving the nasty bits, having to tack off to clear the rocks and then the error with the halyards set in giving me some more problems. Live and learn, correct the errors and move on. Having said that I was in the mood to throw it away and go back to W coast of Sweden. However the forecast is better in the morrow.
