Hazelnut fungus

Had a “Dordrecht cake” yesterday and a very unpleasant 36 hours followed. When I look back at my food intake for the period this looks like the likely culprit. In my teens I got a similar episode from a hazelnut yogurt. Seems if the nuts are stored damp the fungus and its toxin grows rapidly. Hope to get away tomorrow.
