Small update on progress

After flag raising and associated drink up progress on Saturday not terribly good. New CD’s bought, curtains investigated etc. Good day Sunday with new 12v bus for all ancillaries currently direct wired onto battery. I’ll move these over in next day or so and add new MPPT for existing solar panel. One negative and it’s quite a big one, heater unserviceable. Björn was good enough to pass me a contact for Alfred who repaired it last time. I had a word with him and he confirmed what I had seen online, that the very old (I think installed at build, 1983) Thermo 2500 heater is past its useful life. Decision replace with new. Easier said that done as sourcing the item in a timely manner is proving challenging. Awaiting emails as I write and I have to say not terribly impressed with level of response. We shall see. More soon.
