Flopped out Wednesday Thursday and started on task list. Decision made, do the maintenance including first go at the teak deck. Hmmmm, could be a lot of work. Changed out leaking water pump in heads only to find the replacement leaked too. Ho hum, down to chandler and they have a seal kit on the shelf, €34. Cleared a load more stuff from ship, visited sewing machine shop for thread and bobbins plus some new needles and started the very old Singer 7101. I had this serviced when I acquired it, gulp, 2009,reciept still with it. A bit of you tube learning how to thread, fit and wind bobbins, many metres of thread spoilt but hey presto, a curtain!
