Well, the middle stools did deform but did not break. After considering the loads it seems the choice of the top I beam or RSJ was a little lighter than required. Answer upgrade to heavier beams and remake. Yesterday morning starting around 0800 Jan worked hard for three hours to remake and, after some Dutch expletives hey presto! Made just in time to get them in position at half tide and ship floated on. Phew.
