250Kgs of apples to process today and hoping for around 140L of juice with the addition of pectinaise to increase yield.

Preparing the brewing vessels.
Aris chopping up
Scrattering machine ( Insinkerator).
Wash in Camden solution and rinse.
Truck load

Thank goodness that’s done, a lot of hard work but ready for Christmas!

    1. Unfortunately the Dutch do not drink cider; I believe uk has highest consumption. Hence diy.
