Wind calm , waves for the moment 0.3M. Forecast is for more wind later this morning and with it an increase in wave height. Short six hour passage today, Risor it seems still has four active wooden boat builders and a long tradition. Perhaps I get to see something of it.
Arrived Risor, easy passage, wave frequency lower. On approach the channel I had planned for had an uncharted awash rock just off centre. I threw that away and went for an easier entry. All good, weather looks good for the next days, maybe Kristiansand tomorrow if I feel up to it, 12 hour passage plan, some options to look at in terms of diversions.
