Seems to suit my pocket and taste, some excellent butchers and fish shops in town, scallops €2 for big ones without corals and lamb around €40 a kilo. Trying a different programme on the food front, breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper! This morning scallops and bacon for breakfast, enough for another dose tomorrow. The lamb I put in a marinade with vinegar, oil, S&P, chilli, garlic and a little Barbados hot pepper sauce. In the fridge it keeps well for a week or so.
